Patrick Sakowski
Patrick is an experienced insolvency and restructuring professional (12+ years) with a focus on corporate and personal insolvencies, financial restructurings and turnaround assignments.
His experience includes company-side and creditor / lender driven processes spanning various geographies including North America, South America, Europe, the Middle East, Asia, Australia and the Caribbean.
In addition to being a Board member of RISA, Patrick is also a member of the Chartered Accountants of Australia and New Zealand (since 2015), the Cayman Islands Institute of Professional Accountants, the American Bankruptcy Institute and INSOL International. Patrick is also a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS).
