Cayman R&I Runners are hosting a special 5K event on the morning of INSOL International Cayman Seminar on 12 November 2026, which is open to all to attend at no cost.

This is for all levels of fitness, for runners and walkers alike. Come along for a run, jog or walk with colleagues. We will meet at public beach car park at 6.30am, do a loop of West Bay Road / Esterly-Tibbets Highway (turning at the Strand), and meet back at Bonny Moon for a coffee or juice.

No need to register or sign up, just show up for 6.30am on the day!
