Charlotte is an English solicitor-advocate, with extensive experience in high-value cross-border commercial litigation. Charlotte’s practice includes a wide range of commercial disputes, with a focus on insolvency, asset-tracing and restructuring. Charlotte is particularly experienced in acting for insolvency practitioners in cross-border liquidations, receiverships and restructuring scenarios, including advising on recognition, COMI, ancillary liquidations and parallel proceedings. Charlotte is a fellow of INSOL International and a lecturer on the INSOL International and RISA Cayman Introductory Certificate in Insolvency Law and Practice in the Cayman Islands.
