Martin Trott
Martin specialises in corporate restructuring and insolvency, as an insolvency practitioner in the Cayman Islands and qualified accountant with over 27 years’ experience. He is a director of R&H Restructuring (Cayman) Ltd., which is an affiliate of Rawlinson & Hunter in the Cayman Islands, of which Martin is a partner.
In addition to the Board, Martin is on the Legal & Regulatory committee and is the RISA appointee to the Insolvency Rules Committee. He is a fellow member of both the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and the Association of Business Recovery Professionals and a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute.
He has broad experience in leading complex administrations, liquidations and receiverships across a number of industry sectors. He has significant cross border experience having worked with corporates in the UK, US, Cayman Islands, Bermuda, British Virgin Islands, the Middle East, Ireland, British Channel Islands, the Far East and continental Europe.
